1. Educational content, not advice

Our newsletter, podcasts, courses and advisory assistant provide general educational information. They are not personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice and do not take your individual circumstances into account. Always consider your own situation and seek qualified professional advice before making financial decisions. Past performance is not a guide to future results, and all investments carry risk.

2. The advisory assistant

The chatbot is an automated AI tool. Its answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Do not rely on it as your only source of information, and never share passwords, PINs, BVN/NIN, or card or account numbers with it.

3. Advisory sessions

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm, and any engagement terms and fees will be agreed with you in writing before the session.

4. Downloads and intellectual property

Podcasts and course videos are © Jonspire. You may download them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access areas you are not authorised to use, upload malicious content, or scrape content at scale.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jonspire is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general content on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
